RETURN POLICY:
KMK stands behind the quality of the products we sell, and we truly hope you enjoy your purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges; but if for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact me should you have any problems with your order. I will do my best to do what is right.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Items ship promptly after they are sold. Prompt shipping means that the Doodle Caddy usually ships within 30 business days of purchase, unless specifically stated. All other items purchased typically ship within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges may vary.
All sales are final once payment is received. However, we believe in our products and we stand by them 100%. Since our wreaths are handmade there could be a time when a wreath may have a defect. In that event we will be happy to work with you to make sure you're satisfied! One option is for you to exchange your item in its original packaging only for another wreath of the same value or be refunded the purchase amount. Refunds will not be completed until item is received. You will need to contact me within 2 days of the receipt of your item and to have a return shipment transaction generated. If shipping is cheaper than calculated cost, I will refund the difference. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If an item is lost or stolen, a case will be filed through the United States Postal Service, or carrier in which the item was shipped.
